According to our monitor expert
The 4K Ultra HD screen provides a 4 times sharper image than a Full HD screen.
The IPS panel provides true colors from any viewing angle.
You can connect peripherals, such as a keyboard or mouse, via the built-in USB hub.
You can't work on multiple devices in split screen mode.
Watch movies, edit photos, and create digital designs for work with the AOC U2790PQU. This 27-inch monitor has a 4K resolution, so that content is displayed in the smallest details. Thanks to 100% support for the sRGB color profile and 10-bit color output, the screen displays colors faithfully. The IPS panel ensures that colors do not fade when you look at the screen from a sharp angle. Adjust the U2790PQU to your ideal working posture by adjusting it in height or tilting the screen. The border around the screen is virtually invisible, so you can work comfortably with multiple monitors next to each other. You connect peripherals such as a mouse or USB stick via the built-in USB hub.
Note: due to the 4K resolution, text and icons become smaller. You can't always enlarge these. For a 4k output, you need a modern laptop or PC with a fairly powerful video card. Make sure it has at least a DisplayPort 1.2, HDMI 2.0, or Thunderbolt 3 connection.

Design
This monitor has a beautiful image quality and design. And is very robustly built. You can also adjust it very well, which helps to work ergonomically. I was initially skeptical about the usefulness of 4K image, but after working on it for a while, you don't want to go anywhere else. Pleasure to watch and work with!

Nice display! Use it for photo editing. The colors are displayed very well and it is a sharp image. Affordable for so far excellent quality

I had to buy a USB-C/HDMI adapter because otherwise my computer could only do HDMI 1.4 (you would only get 4K@30Hz instead of 60Hz). This is of course not a disadvantage of the monitor itself, but check your computer before you buy your first 4K monitor!
