The monitor has 165hz at 1080p through an HDMI 2.0 cable, but at the time of writing the PlayStation 5 does not have good support for HDMI 2.0. This can be fixed to some extent but not for all games. First, the PlayStation must be switched from resolution mode to performance mode. Then you can check with the relevant game whether it has a setting for 120 Hz.
