It is a beast of a PC and a must for every gamer who knows how to tackle/solve the negatives themselves. I eventually had to purchase an external USB sound card for true 5.1 sound because there are no adapters to be found from 3x 3.5mm jack plugs to 1x 3.5mm jack. With the software PredatorSense you can control the fans yourself, but a very cool PC means a lot of noise (big no no during gaming). Many topics from users can be found on the Acer community forum, but often no (correct) solution. Acer support is quite quick to respond and offer a solution, however, you cannot respond to their response, so if you still have questions, you will have to open a case again.
