Product was defective within a year. All electronics are exposed in the device and as soon as a little is spilled when adding water, it becomes wet, resulting in corrosion.

Upon receipt, the essentials are included. The quick start is incomplete and messy. For example, it does not say that you have to hold the WiFi button for 5 seconds to connect. It is not stated anywhere. So I spent at least an hour tinkering around. Once paired and hopefully you only do that once, it works smoothly I must say. However, I do not understand why the automatic mode does not reach the desired humidity. I've been setting it to 55% for hours and it stays on position 1 or 2, so that the humidity stays between 40 and 43%. I then have to manually put it on turbo, which actually makes a noise. The desired humidity is achieved with difficulty and when I set it back to automatic, it drops back to 40%. It can grow up to 100m2. The room he is in is free of obstacles and is 27m2. Does what he has to do; humidify the air, but it cannot handle larger spaces. Our living room is 210m3 and it has a lot of trouble with that, while the description states that the Karl is suitable for rooms of 250m3. During colder periods it is not possible to get the room above 40%. Device does not look out of place in the living room. Refilling water is easy, but difficult to see the "Max line" when refilling. Automatic mode works easily, but does not reach the set value.
