With the Satechi USB-C Pro Hub Slim Adapter - Space Gray, you can expand the total amount of ports of your Apple MacBook and connect all your accessories. It fits seamlessly with both USB-C ports on 1 side of your MacBook. The port for your charger remains free, so you can still charge your MacBook like you're used to. This hub is specially designed for the Apple MacBook Air with M2 chip (2022), but it works on all MacBook models from 2017 or newer. With this hub, you can easily connect a 4K monitor for more screen space. The hub also has multiple USB-A and USB-C ports for your peripherals, such as your mouse or keyboard. Want to transfer files from a microSD or SD card? This Satechi also has connectors for that. This docking station works on all Windows laptops and MacBook models with a USB-C port that transmits a video signal. This is how you check if your laptop has a suitable USB-C port.

I once bought a cheap docking station and quickly regretted it. This one works a lot better, and also looks good when connected. The ports are cleverly positioned, and for me they are exactly the ports that I sometimes use. The only drawback I found is that the HDMI port is very tight. When disconnecting HDMI, you must hold the docking station, otherwise you will disconnect the entire station.

Perfect addition to my MAC Air M1
