You also use less oil or butter in this pan. The thick bottom of the pan heats up quickly and evenly. The pan is suitable for almost all heat sources, also for induction. It's not suitable for in the oven. The V-shaped handles stay cool while cooking. This way, you can safely move the pan from the kitchen to the table. After use, you can easily clean the wok in the dishwasher. Do you want the pan to last longer? We recommend cleaning the pan by hand.
