Our digital expert will help you, but it can sometimes make mistakes, like humans do.
According to our Cooktop expert
For large pans: put a large pan on the large cooking zone and cook your dishes evenly.
Cook safely and energy-efficiently: with induction, you cook safely and energy-efficiently.
Extra room for pans: you have extra room for pans because the cooktop is wider than the cutout.
Manually switch back: without the auto heat-up, you switch the setting back yourself.
No keep-warm function: you can’t easily keep dishes warm for longer.

We have been using the hob for almost half a year, before that we cooked on gas. The design of the hob is nice and sleek and the plate is somewhat larger than comparable plates.
After a period of getting used to cooking on induction and also replacing pans, we continued to have the impression that the plate does not perform sufficiently. This is particularly noticeable when roasting meat at a high temperature and when using somewhat larger pans. We even registered a repair via Coolblue for this. The technician's opinion was that the plate worked correctly.
The hob is wider (70cm) than a regular plate for a 56cm niche. However, the usable space that can be heated is very small, a pan with a diameter larger than 18 will already be outside the cooking area. We have a family of 6, so we cannot manage with small pans. The bridge zone helps a little, but then you miss an available spot on the appliance again.
Since we have passed the 30 days, there is no longer any possibility to return the hob or exchange it for another model. Nevertheless, due to the very disappointing result, we have chosen to buy another hob. We now see in a very short time that another induction hob can meet our user expectations.
It is a pity that we could not return the hob and unfortunately we no longer have any use for the extra cover that we purchased.

Very happy with this purchase. The flat plate and zones give you more freedom to place the pans on the stove. I find the operation a relief: each burner has its own controller and its own timer that can be set directly with the pluses and minuses. The pause function is typically something that you did not know how handy it is - until you experience the convenience: in a busy family you can quickly stop cooking and then immediately pick up the thread again.
