I ordered this washing machine for my new place and I am very happy with it! When purchasing, I mainly paid attention to functions, sound, ease of use and a few handy extras that you normally do not come across in this price category.
What I really like is the physical rotary knob. This makes it possible to quickly and accurately select a program. In addition, the program settings, such as temperature and spin speed, can be adjusted via digital touch keys. This works quickly and intuitively, which further increases the ease of use. In addition, the machine has automatic dosing for liquid detergent and fabric softener, which is super handy. I never have to think about exactly how much to use, and that saves a lot of hassle. Furthermore, the machine is wonderfully quiet, which is perfect if you live in a small apartment or if you often turn it on late at night.
The compartment for detergent and fabric softener is quite large, which is handy for +- 20 washes without refilling. The dosage amount is easy to adjust via the settings, and the washing machine weighs the amount of laundry itself, so that you always use exactly the right amount of detergent. This really makes washing extra convenient.
The dosage is done via an electric pump that is integrated in the dosing drawer. In addition, there is a handy notification light that flashes when one of the liquids is almost empty, so that you can refill in time.
A small disadvantage is that there is no automatic dosing for powder. If you prefer to use washing powder, you have to do this manually. In addition, if you use two different liquid detergents for white and colored laundry, it becomes difficult. There is only one compartment for liquid detergent (in addition to the separate compartment for fabric softener), so switching between different liquid agents cannot be done automatically. But this is not really a deal breaker for me.
The Miele washing machine has an IQ Drive motor with electromagnetic drive, which ensures less friction and wear. This makes the machine quieter, more energy-efficient and the motor lasts longer.
Overall a great device for the price with more features than I expected!

Works well, still looking for suitable programs. Too bad the manual doesn't include washing times.

Great machine that is already so much more modern than the previous one. Top service from CoolBlue.

According to our washing machine expert
Freshen up without washing: you reduce wrinkles and freshen up clothes without a wash cycle thanks to the smartFinish steam function.
For large loads: with a 9kg load capacity, you can wash larger loads of bed sheets or a few days' worth of clothes at once.
Quieter than average: the washing machine is quieter than average, so you'll have less trouble with noise.
Less energy savings: with the A energy label, you save less on energy costs than with the A-50% energy label.
Less dry laundry: because of the 1,400 RPM spin speed, your laundry comes out less dry from the drum compared to 1,600 RPM.
