The Wisberg WBDW40CW has plenty of space for all my dishes. I can arrange the dishwasher very flexibly, making it easy to make room for pans, bowls, and tall glasses or bottles. I quickly have a clean load of dishes thanks to the fast programs and functions. For a small load, I can choose whether to wash just the top or bottom rack. After washing, I thoroughly dry my dishes.
First Impression
The dishwasher has a sleek design. When I open it, I see that there's plenty of space for my dishes. There are also plenty of programs and functions. That's great, because I like to cook elaborate meals and have many different types of dishes. I would have preferred a touchscreen display. Now, I sometimes clean the dirt between the buttons with a cloth.
Flexible Layout
I can arrange the dishwasher very flexibly. I have both a cutlery basket and a cutlery drawer at the top for my cutlery. I almost always remove the cutlery basket for large meals. This gives me more space for pans, plates, and oven dishes in the lower basket. I notice that one side of the cutlery drawer is slightly higher than the other. This is handy, because it allows my taller drinking glasses to fit in the dishwasher. I also fold the cutlery drawer down for my water bottles. This gives me extra space.
Clean dishes quickly
When I do my dishes during the day, I'm often a bit impatient. Fortunately, this dishwasher has two different quick programs. For really dirty dishes, I use a normal program. With the handy Turbo function, I can easily shorten this, so I get extra clean dishes and save time.
Handy for a small load
I find the half-load function a handy feature. I often run a small load at lunchtime because otherwise my dishes won't fit in the evening. I can choose whether to wash my dishes in the lower or upper basket. This is a bit less convenient when I have a small load that needs to be split between the two baskets. For that, I use a shorter program.
Dry dishes after the cycle
After the cycle, I take my dishes out of the dishwasher quite dry. The door opens automatically at the end of the cycle, so my dishes dry better. Unfortunately, this function doesn't work with the short cycle. I dry my clean dishes by hand after this cycle.
Energy-efficient
The energy label shows that the dishwasher has an energy label C. This is quite energy-efficient. That's good, because it also saves me some money on my energy bill.
