With the ETNA KCV520NRVS I can store my groceries longer and save on my energy bill. I can also barely hear the refrigerator due to the low noise level and I have little maintenance thanks to No Frost. However, the slider for the 0-degree zone is at the back of the refrigerator, which means I can't always reach it easily.
First impression
The first thing I notice about the tall fridge-freezer combination is its sleek appearance. With its sleek silver color, it fits well in my modern kitchen. I can easily set the right temperature on the display on the front. I also choose the super cooling and super freezing options here, with which the refrigerator temporarily lowers the temperature. Thanks to the bright LED lighting, I can see at a glance what is on the shelves and in the door compartments. Handy, because I often grab a snack late in the evening.
Fresh for longer
With 2 spacious fresh zones, I have enough space to store all my fresh vegetables, fruit, meat and fish for longer. For example, I can easily set the humidity in the bottom drawer using a white slider on top of the drawer. For the top drawer, I use a slider to choose whether I want to set it for meat and fish or vegetables and fruit. The refrigerator then adjusts the temperature itself by opening or closing an opening. A small disadvantage is that this slider is at the back of the refrigerator. If the shelf is full of groceries, I have more difficulty reaching it.
Enough space and nice and quiet
With 3 shelves, 2 vegetable drawers and a bottle rack, I have enough space for my family's groceries. I also have enough space in the 3 freezer drawers at the bottom for all my pizza boxes, loaves of bread and pots of ice cream. The bottom freezer drawer is slightly shallower due to the No Frost system behind it. That's why I use it for my bags of frozen fruit. The refrigerator is also nice and quiet. With 35 decibels, I don't have to deal with annoying noises such as buzzing and hearing the compressor start up all the time. That's great, because I have an open kitchen.
Save energy
In addition to enough space and little noise, I also find it important that I do not use too much energy. Fortunately, I do not have to worry about that with this ETNA fridge-freezer combination. With energy label A, I save on my energy bill. In addition, the refrigerator remains energy-efficient thanks to No Frost. This is because no ice forms in the freezer compartment, so the freezer does not have to work extra hard. This also saves me a lot of work, because defrosting is no longer necessary.
