Our digital expert will help you, but it can sometimes make mistakes, like humans do.
According to our Cooktop expert
Place a large pot on the large cooking zone and cook your dishes evenly.
With induction, you cook safely and energy-efficiently.
The cooktop alerts you as soon as the timer goes off, so you don't have to pay as much attention to the cooking time of your pan.
Without the auto heat-up, you have to lower the setting yourself.
You can't easily keep dishes warm for longer because it doesn't have a keep-warm function.

We purchased this plate because of the possibility to connect it to a regular wall socket (with the power limited to 3500W) or to two phases if a 3-phase mains connection is available (then at full power, 7400W). Because we now have a 1-phase mains connection, and at the time we needed an induction plate there was no suitable cable for installation as a cooking group, we temporarily connected the plate in the limited way. When cooking, we had no problem with the limited power. After installing a 5-core cable and converting the fuse box in preparation for a 3-phase mains connection (which will not be available for a few months), the plate is now connected via the 5-core cable in such a way that only one of the phase wires on the side of the plate needs to be switched. In terms of ease of cooking and cleaning, the plate easily beats the old gas hob (and is also healthier). Visually also a lot nicer. Haven't really had any problems with lack of space.

The product heats up quickly, the area around it does not get hot, the fan underneath cools the hob down very quickly.
