My laundry is shrinking. T-shirts, sweaters, towels, tea towels—everything has shrunk.
I used the "cotton" program. The manual isn't clear about which program uses which temperature and how to use a safer program. Only "cotton" and "ECO" can dry 9 kg.
The manual doesn't mention any care labels with one or two dots in the dryer symbol. So, you can thoroughly review your care labels, but you can't translate that information into a targeted program.
Downloading additional programs through the app doesn't solve the problem; they only have a down and a jeans program.
Exchanges are no longer possible after the 30-day cooling-off period.
