Get extensive insights into your sleep and improve your night rest with the Garmin Index Sleep Monitor S/M. With this arm band, you know how long you're sleeping for, when you're in which sleep phase, and how you breathe while you sleep. You can see all this information in Garmin Connect app on your smartphone or tablet. This sleep tracker is recommended for an upper arm circumference of 20 to 29cm. If you have a larger circumference, go for the L/XL. Your sleep data is combined into a sleep score. This way, you know how you slept. The sleep coach gives you advice on whether you need to catch up on sleep or go to bed earlier. The Garmin Index Sleep Monitor band is lightweight and comfortable, so you'll barely feel it on your arm. The band is also machine washable. The sleep tracker lasts for a week. When the battery is empty, charge it with the included cable.
The band of this sleep tracker is recommended for an upper arm circumference of 26 to 42cm.
