With the ATAG CSX8412D 3-in-1 oven, I can steam, bake, and reheat my food. Thanks to the core temperature probe, I can easily see if my dish is cooked through. I do fill the water reservoir manually, as the oven isn't connected to a water supply.

First Impression The ATAG CSX8412D is a truly new experience for me. This oven combines full-function steam, microwave, and oven cooking in one appliance, which provides great convenience and saves space. The biggest advantage, in my opinion, is the three different cooking modes: oven, microwave, and steam. I can also combine these to my heart's content, which makes my food cook even faster. I also like the luxurious and sleek design. The black steel looks great in my kitchen. The touchscreen and rotary knob operation feel natural.

Multiple Baking Techniques in One Oven Thanks to the oven's many options, I can make anything I want. The oven has three cooking modes: oven, microwave, steam, and two combinations of these. The microwave uses inverter technology, so leftovers are heated evenly. The combination with steam works perfectly for baking, for example, a carrot cake. Thanks to the oven function, it rises well, and with 40 percent humidity, it stays soft on the inside and doesn't dry out.
