With a knock box and tamper mat, you can work neatly and firmly without making your counter dirty or damaging it.
You can see when the milk has reached the right temperature on the stainless steel milk pitcher, so you can make good quality milk foam without burning it.
With the built-in coffee grinder, you can make coffees from freshly-ground coffee beans.
Without a display, the machine doesn't guide you through a menu with options while making coffee.

Description

With the Sage Barista Brushed Black Truffle + Barista Accessory Pack, you can knock the coffee puck directly from your portafilter into the knock box without getting your counter dirty. Thanks to the tamper mat, you can press the ground coffee into the portafilter well. Combined with the pressure of the coffee machine, the water flows well and you get a nice cup of coffee with crema. You can forth milk with the steam wand in the stainless steel milk pitcher with temperature indicator. You can see exactly when the milk is hot enough and prevent it from burning. With the built-in coffee grinder, you can freshly grind the beans exactly when you start making coffee. This gives your espresso, cappuccino, or latte with a full flavor and rich aroma. This piston machine was made with sustainable components. With the heavy stainless steel casing and the non-slip feet, the coffee machine stays firmly put on your counter while you're making coffee.

Note: it takes time and patience to learn how to prepare tasty coffee with a piston machine. This is a lot less easy than with a fully automatic espresso machine.
