With the KitchenAid Artisan Mixer 5KSM175PSEPL Porcelain White, you can make enough batter for 1.5 springform pans in one go. This stand mixer has a powerful motor, so you can also knead heavy dough for bread or pizza. You get 2 mixing bowls with this mixer. This way, you can prepare several recipes in a row without washing up in between. You can tilt the head back, so you can easily reach the mixing bowl. This lets you quickly remove the bowl from the machine.
