I was initially happy with the machine; all the laundry came out very clean, fresh, and dry. Until I washed a duvet; it came out completely soaking wet. Even after a second spin cycle at 1600 rpm, it was still soaking wet. So wet that it was dripping onto the floor. I tried to wring it out (what a hassle) and then let it dry in the full sun, but in winter that is obviously not an option. My old machine (2008) washed this duvet without a problem and was also an 8kg, so it is hard to understand how this is possible. A pity.

My previous washing machine had wash programs like jeans, sports, and wool. When I selected those, I would find out how long and at what temperature the wash cycles were running. Now, with eco/cotton/delicate, I can choose the temperature myself and shorten the time in 30-minute increments if necessary. There is also a quick wash program of 1 hour and 9 minutes. And a short wash cycle of 20 minutes.
There is the option for extended warranty, but you have to register (easy) and then you absolutely have to call (and then an AI bot, not a callback).

According to our washing machine expert
Less ironing: the washing machine reduces wrinkles in your laundry and freshens up clothes without a wash cycle thanks to the ProSteam steam function.
PreciseWash: it adjusts the consumption to each load, even for small loads.
A energy label -30%: you save an average of € 310 on energy costs over 10 years compared to the E energy label.
No PowerCare: the washing machine doesn't have the PowerCare function that lets you wash a half-full drum in just 59 minutes.
Not suitable for large loads: you can't wash large loads of bedding or clothes at once.
