Good purchase

So far, the machine works very well for all baked goods. Bread, pizza, cake, cookies… I always thought kneading by hand was best, but this machine does it better. The dough is firmer and rises better too. Mixing cake batter works fine as well, but for that, a hand mixer is actually just good enough.

Build quality is good: heavy and made of metal. Hopefully, the internals are just as good; time will tell.

Storing the cord in the recess at the bottom of the machine is tricky, but it does not affect its operation.
