With the Samsung OLED S90H, I watch high-contrast and colorful images where black is truly black. This OLED TV is a step up from the entry-level model, the S83H. For instance, the S90H is brighter, and you enjoy higher image quality thanks to the Glare-Free matte screen. Unfortunately, the TV does not support Dolby Vision, and you are limited to HDR10+ streaming services.

Realistic OLED screen The S90H features a Glare-Free OLED screen. The TV does not use LED backlighting but has self-illuminating pixels. For dark images, these switch off completely. As a result, I enjoy high-contrast images where black is truly black. In a night scene in London, I can see every light source, and the background is pitch black. Due to the high brightness of the S90H, the light sources are brighter than on the S83H, and the city appears more realistically. It feels like I am flying over London. I do find it a pity, however, that the TV does not support Dolby Vision. Wide viewing angle with Glare Free anti-reflective coating OLED televisions are known for their wide viewing angle, and the S90H is certainly no exception. Even when sitting at an angle to the TV, the screen remains bright and colorful. This allows me to see every shade of green in a summer mountain region. The S90H also features a Glare Free anti-reflective coating. As a result, you hardly see any reflections in a brightly lit room like our test room. I also find the matte screen to be a nice addition.
