I had ordered a different fan, but something went wrong with the delivery: it didn't arrive within 24 hours, but was going to take a week. I called customer service, irritated. I was received excellently there. I was actually planning to cancel my order, but thanks to the excellent and helpful representative, I ordered the (more expensive) Dyson HF1.
