The difference between regular, Mini, Plus, and Max versions
Many Apple devices are available in a larger version. The Apple iPhone 14, 15, and 16 have a larger 'Plus' and 'Pro Max' version. In addition to a larger screen and size, the Plus and Max models also have a larger battery and/or more RAM.
With the iPhone 12 Mini, Apple released their first small version of the starter model. The iPhone 13 Mini and 12 Mini have a compact 5.4-inch screen. The downside is that the devices have a shorter battery life. From the iPhone 13, the series no longer include Mini models. This means that there are no iPhone 14 Mini or 15 Mini models. The iPhone 16 (Pro) and 15 (Pro) are in between the sizes of other models in the same generation. Thanks to this, they have a convenient medium size if you find the Mini too small and the Plus or Pro Max version too large. The iPhone 16 models have a 6.3-inch screen and the iPhone 15 models a 6.1-inch screen. This means their size belongs to the 'medium-sized' category.
Watch movies and play games: a large screen
Do you like to play a mobile game in the waiting room of your dentist, or do you like to watch Netflix on your iPhone? It's nice to immerse yourself in as many details as possible. The larger the screen, the more vibrant your favorite characters look. Choose a Plus or Pro Max model.
