4,8 lOur digital expert will help you, but it can sometimes make mistakes, like humans do.
According to our stand mixer expert
The mixing bowl has a 4.8L capacity, so you can easily make medium-sized batches.
The mixer has powerful motor power, so it can easily knead small batches of heavy dough.
Ingredients don’t fly out of the bowl because the soft start feature slowly increases the speed.
You can’t adjust the mixing bowl’s height, so it’s harder to mix ingredients at the bottom of the bowl.
The power isn’t strong enough for kneading heavy dough for a long time.

After years of hesitation, finally bought it, but I really should have done that much sooner, but yes that other machine didn't break either....

I am pleasantly surprised by this device. I thought that a kitchenaid was actually just a hype because of the design and color range, but no, this device is a real dream, especially for whipped egg whites. I've had several food processors from other brands and they couldn't match this one. The egg white is perfectly whipped, but that's not the only thing he can do well, it also kneads pizza dough perfectly. This device is also quite quiet compared to other brands. In short, I am very happy with my purchase and hope to be able to enjoy it for a few more years. I think it is well worth the investment.
I would also like to say thank you for the quick service I received when I went to pick up the device at the store in Lochristi. It was the black friday weekend and very busy but their employee didn't mind bringing the box to the seat as I had my hands full, so that I could wait there until my friend had parked the car and could take the box load. Thank you for this.

A powerful and easy-to-use appliance that also looks great in the kitchen. Only downside so far is that when kneading (bread dough) you occasionally have to stop the machine to scrape the flour that is on the edge to the center.
