Bought it in June 2018, it already broke in July. Sent it to Coolblue with adapter. Coolblue has not noted the adapter. I have since received the computer (after it was forwarded to HP), but without an adapter. Emailed Coolblue, I should hear something within 5 days. After 7 days I emailed again, it was indicated that I will hear something AGAIN in 5 days????? The battery is now empty. And I'm still waiting for my adapter to be found. They deliver fast, but bad after sales
