Manual is totally crap

The downloadable manual is not correct (e.g. the 4 steps for manually setting the oven are not correct) Even searching on the Samsung forum does not provide a solution. There is also no description of how to steam cook and what the supplied accessories are for/how to use them. No videos found on YouTube either. The Coolblue video for this oven is also not applicable to this combi oven but is a combination of many functions in many available Samsung ovens. The same applies to the PDF manual. That is of no use to me because I do not know whether these functions are on my oven.

In short: a major source of frustration and no help available.

We have only had this oven for a week so hopefully we will discover more positive points...
