It vacuums and mops perfectly. It also works upstairs, where I created a second floor plan. Mopping upstairs is also possible, but first let the mop wash via the dock.

Sometimes it's difficult to get it back in the dock. After several attempts, it finally works.

It worked fine at first, but now it keeps going offline. The solution is to reset the router and reconnect the RoboRock. But it's annoying.

I recommend this Roborock to anyone who has wood, tiles, PVC, and high-pile carpet in their home. Our Rocky handles everything well and recognizes the different surfaces. The map is very detailed, and there are many options in the app, allowing you to adjust it exactly to your preferences. The battery is more than enough to vacuum and mop an entire floor.

I'm thrilled with my new Roborock! It's much quieter than my previous machine and mops much more thoroughly. It's also handy that it recognizes areas that are more or less dirty and adjusts accordingly. It also cleans its mop every now and then, so the floor is truly clean, with no odors or residue left behind. A major plus is that the mops also swivel out to reach those hard-to-reach places.
