According to our washing machine expert
Less ironing: the washing machine reduces wrinkles in your laundry and freshens up clothes without a wash cycle thanks to the ProSteam steam function.
Control it remotely: with the AEG app, you can control your washing machine whenever and wherever you want via your phone.
For large loads: with a 9kg load capacity, you can wash larger loads of bedding or a few days' worth of clothes in 1 go.
No PowerCare: the washing machine doesn't have the PowerCare function that lets you wash a half-full drum in just 59 minutes.
Less dry from the drum: because of the 1,400RPM speed, your laundry comes out of the drum less dry, so it takes longer to dry.
We have had this AEG washing machine for a few weeks now, and so far, we are pleased with it. The washing results are excellent in all the programs used so far. Another nice feature is that the machine is very quiet, even during the spin cycle.
The power consumption for a full load at 30 degrees on the cotton program is 0.5 kWh.
The machine has a steam function. This noticeably reduces wrinkles in the laundry. Ironing the clothes is therefore much easier. You can also use this function to quickly freshen up clothes without having to run a full load. The machine feels sturdy and solid. Which is what you would expect from AEG and a washing machine in this price range.
The machine cannot be operated via the app. I find this a bit inconvenient, and I would expect this from a machine in this price range.

I am super satisfied with my new washing machine. Very nice design. The preset functions were perfect. A definite plus is that you can pre-set the spin cycle to be almost silent. My previous machine didn't have that feature. Also nice is the compartment under the plug for easy cleaning.
