M.2 SSDs
An M.2 SSD is equipped with an interface that's suitable for higher transfer speeds than SATA or mSATA. Thanks to its compacts size, an M.2 SSD is suitable for compact notebooks. You can also directly install this model on certain types of motherboards. If you want to do so, keep in mind that the length and the connector of the M.2 module. In order to install the SSD, the length needs to match that of the connector on the motherboard. Also make sure to check whether the connector (B, M, or B+M key) of the M.2 SSD matches that of your motherboard or laptop.
