In 14 years time we had 4 drying cabinets, we found that unjustifiable. Except for the one very cheap drying cabinet with classic air exhaust, all have a rotten drying result. However, this Miele dries very well, without shrinking. We now also use this for T shirts and the like because having laundry hanging everywhere started to irritate. Judging by the meter, it consumes little. By the end of the "washing day" all laundry is now neatly back in the closet. Softer and with fewer wrinkles compared to drying on the line or in our previous dryer and without fabric softener. Oof!
