Receive more coverage in case of damage than with your standard warranty. Coolblue takes care of everything: from taking out the insurance to repairs. Is a repair not possible? You receive the purchase price as CoolblueCredit.
XCover is allowed to arrange and process insurances on behalf of the insurer. The insurances are governed by Belgium law. If you have a complaint, you can contact the or our customer service.
First, add your washing machine to your shopping cart. On the next page, choose the Protection Plan below. You always have a 30-day return window and pay no deductible in case of damage.
The insurance can be canceled every year, even if you have paid in advance. If you cancel earlier, you will receive a refund for the overpaid amount.
We've only had this washing machine for about a week, so we haven't built up much experience with it yet. It took some time to find the right programs. With the help of ChatGTP, I created a nice, customized overview for everyone in the family. We bought this washing machine hoping it would last a long time and be very quiet. Of course, the first thing's for sure. But it is definitely very, very quiet. You barely hear a thing in the next room. The wool program is also excellent; despite a much gentler treatment, everything still came out quite dry. The installation by Coolblue went super smoothly and professionally, as always. The app was a bit of a fiddly affair, and apparently, according to Miele, my husband isn't allowed to do laundry. Aside from that minor issue, it's a great help.

It took some time to find the installation and app link, but it's already working fine.

TwinDos is convenient because, with a large family, we have a lot of laundry to do. So the energy efficiency is true...
Not only the product but also the service during the installation by Coolblue was perfect. The washing machine had to be carried up two flights of stairs via a narrow staircase. Great, strong guys took their job seriously. Perfect!

According to our washing machine expert
Extra thorough cleaning: you can wash your clothes extra thoroughly clean thanks to the TwinDos system, which automatically dispenses the detergent.
Fewer wrinkles: the SteamCare steam function reduces wrinkles in your laundry and freshens up clothes without a wash cycle.
For large loads: with a 9kg load capacity, you can wash larger loads of bedding or a few days' worth of clothes in 1 go.
No InfinityCare drum: the washing machine doesn't have an InfinityCare drum without baffles that washes your expensive, delicate clothes extra gently.
