At home, I do laundry almost every day because my daughter often gets stains on her clothes. This Wisberg washing machine offers a solution. With the hygienic steam program, I add steam after washing. This removes dirt more effectively and makes my laundry even cleaner. I have enough space for a few days' worth of laundry. I've noticed that the eco program washes a full load a little slower than average. This doesn't bother me, because I usually do my laundry at night. Then I have plenty of time.
First impression
The washing machine has a sleek design thanks to the silver dial and the large glass drum door. This gives my laundry room a fresh look. The washing machine fits easily in here, as it's only 54 centimeters deep. I use the dial to select a program for cotton, sportswear, or jeans, for example. With "My program," I create my own favorite settings so I always remember them. It takes a little figuring out how this works, but I quickly realize how easy it is.
Steam function removes dirt
As mentioned, my daughter often gets stains on her clothes. This is because she sometimes plays on the floor. As a result, the knees of her pants are always gray at the end of the day. She also often gets pasta sauce on her shirt, which I normally find difficult to remove. This washing machine has a hygienic steam program. This adds steam after washing and removes stubborn dirt more effectively. I appreciate that this means I throw clothes away less often. Thanks to the steam function, pants and shirts always get a second chance.
Washes longer at a higher temperature
Speaking of baby and children's clothes: in addition to the steam function, this washing machine has a separate program called "Baby Care." This washes a full load of laundry for longer at a higher temperature. This way, I get rompers and sleeping bags cleaner. If you have allergies to pet hair or pollen, for example, you can also use this program.
Eco program takes a little longer
The economical eco program washes a full load in 3.5 hours. This is slower than a comparable washing machine with the same load capacity. This doesn't really matter to me. I usually do my laundry at night and I'm not in a hurry then. I prefer the washing machine to be very economical, which is the case with this program.
No noise issues
If I do a load of laundry during the day, I do it quietly. Even when the washing machine is spinning. With a noise level of no more than 72 decibels, I can work quietly at home at the kitchen table. So I don't mind turning on a program when I have an online meeting.
