Frequently asked questions
Can I order on credit?
Yes, if you're registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) for at least 1 year. You can place orders on credit and pay afterwards. Contact Coolblue Business for a credit request. This request takes about 1 working day.
Can I order products without VAT?
No, we usually include Belgian VAT in our invoices. Is your company liable to pay VAT? You can get the VAT refunded via the VAT return. Do you have a valid Belgian VAT number, and is your order worth at least € 10,000 per product type? We'll make an exception.
How do I request a quote?
Contact Coolblue Business for a personalized quote. Call us at 03 808 27 00 or send your request to zakelijk@coolblue.be. Quotes can be requested from € 3000 and a minimum of 2 products. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:30.
Can I order via my purchasing system?
Yes, with our OCI link, you can order from your own purchasing system. You do need a purchasing system or ERP system. Do you want to set up this link? Contact Coolblue Business.
What are the return requirements?
When you received your products, you can register your return within 30 days. Afterwards, you have 14 days to return your product for free. You can exchange it for a different products or simply return it. Do you want to have the full purchase price refunded? Return your product undamaged and in the original condition.
