Delivery and pickup options

Most pickup points and post offices are open as usual. When you order via our website, you'll see all opening hours of your favorite pickup points.

Yes, Coolblue is active in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany. The website on which you order determines where we deliver:

  • If you want to have your package delivered in Belgium, you're good to go if you're on Coolblue.be.
  • If you want to have your package delivered in the Netherlands, go to our Dutch website Coolblue.nl and place your order there.
  • If you want to have your package delivered in Germany, go to our German website Coolblue.de and place your order there.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to order a product on our Dutch website Coolblue.nl and have it delivered in Belgium.

Do you live in another country, such as France, and would you still like to order from us? We recommend that you pick up your package yourself in one of our Belgian stores or at a bpost pickup point.

Yes. If you choose delivery, your package will be delivered to your home.

Not home during the day? Choose evening delivery between 17:30 and 22:00 on working days. If you order before 23:59, your order can be delivered the next evening on working days. Select "Delivery on appointment" in your shopping cart to choose an evening. Evening delivery costs €9.95.

We also deliver much larger products, such as a washing machine, in the evening. When ordering your product, choose the paid evening time slot on the day that suits you best. We'll deliver your order between 17:00 and 22:00. We don't deliver on Sunday.

That depends on where you live and what you want to order.

  • If you live in Flanders or Brussels, we deliver small products, such as laptops or small kitchen appliances, on Sundays. We don't do that in Wallonia.
  • We don't deliver large products such as washing machines and fridges on Sundays.

To make it extra easy for you, we always indicate when you can expect your package on the product page, in the checkout, and in our emails. You'll also receive an email on your delivery day with a time indication of your delivery.

Sure. That is how it works:

  • Indicate in your shopping cart that you want to pick up your package at a bpost pickup point.
  • Choose the Parcel Locker in your area and place your order.
  • Your package will be waiting for you the next working day. You'll receive an email from bpost with the code you can use to pick it up. Your package will be available for pickup for 5 days.

Unfortunately, you can't pick up pre-orders at a bpost pickup point. The same goes for large products like white goods and large televisions. We'll let you know in your shopping cart.

Yes. If you choose delivery, your package will be delivered to your home. All deliveries are now contactless and we bring your order to your front door.

Yes. The measures depend on who delivers your order and whether you've ordered installation services.

Small products
For small packages, the delivery driver will put the package at the door as soon as you open it and they will sign for the delivery. The delivery driver will ask you a question, so you can be sure that your order is delivered to you.

Large products
We deliver large products, such as washing machines and fridges, to just over the threshold of your house. We'll take your old product with us if it's ready at the doorstep of your house. Our delivery drivers wear face masks and will sign for the delivery themselves. We keep a distance of 1.5 meters and we ask you to do the same.

Products with additional services
For some products, we offer extra installation services and we still carry those out. With extra safety measures, of course We'll explain what you can prepare for this in these videos:

There's no need to leave your old products to gather dust. You can have them recycled in an environmentally-friendly way or hand them over to Coolblue.

  • Did you buy a product that we deliver with CoolblueFietst? You can hand over old products or other broken electric products like empty batteries. Note:
  • Your old product can weight up to 10kg and there has to be room in our bike carbo box.
  • Put empty batteries or dirty products like your old electric toothbrush in a bag, so they don't roll around in the cargo box.
  • You can also hand over your old products to CoolblueBezorgt for free. Large appliances like your old washing machine fit in our van.
  • You can also hand over your old electric products in one of our stores.
  • Send your product in proper packaging __via a bpost point or parcel locker to the following address: Coolblue Recycling Antwoordnummer 60350 5000 VB Tilburg
  • Of course, you can also drop off your old electric products at a recycling center near you.

Yes. Indicate that you want to pick up your package at a bpost pickup point in your shopping cart. Next, choose the pickup point or the Parcel Locker in your area. Once you've paid for your order online, you can pick up the package after 13:00 the next working day. You have 14 days to pick up your package at the pickup point, starting on the specified pickup date. If you chose the Parcel Locker, you have 5 days.

Unfortunately, you can't pick up pre-orders at a bpost pickup point. The same goes for large products like white goods and large televisions. We'll let you know in your shopping cart.

Yes, that's an option for large products that our own delivery drivers deliver, such as washing machines, dryers, fridges, freezers, televisions, trampolines, and large fitness equipment. You can choose a 4-hour time slot when you order for a fee. You have the following options:

  • Morning: delivery between 7:30 and 12:00
  • Afternoon: delivery between 12:00 and 17:00
  • Evening: delivery between 17:00 and 22:00 (not on Saturdays) These time slots are subject to costs that vary from € 9 to € 39, depending on the chosen day and the chosen time slot. You can choose a time slot when placing your order, in the step after your shopping cart. Once your delivery has been scheduled, you can no longer change the time slot.

You can't select a specific time slot for all other products delivered by one of our delivery partners.

If you order before 23:59, your package will be delivered the next day, for free. In Flanders and Brussels, we even deliver on Sunday. Do you live in Wallonia? We'll deliver orders placed on Saturday and Sunday on Monday. We deliver between 7:30 and 22:00. The morning of your delivery day, you'll receive an email with a time slot.

It's a bummer that your package is delayed. Go to My Coolblue to find the most current delivery information about your order. You can also find your Track & Trace here.

Usually, they arrive the next day. We see that other delayed packages are still delivered within 5 days. Didn't receive your package 5 days after your original delivery day? Please contact our Customer Service.

If you order today before 23:59, your package will be delivered tomorrow for free.

You can pick up a product today in the nearest store if it's in stock there. On the product page, you can see in which stores a product is in stock. Click on the button "Pickup in store". You can pay for it in the store.

Yes, you can reserve a product online by selecting pickup in store when you place the order.

  • If the product is in stock in the nearest store, you can pick it up today.
  • If the product isn't in stock in the store, you can reserve it and pick it up the next day.
  • You can pay for it in the store.
