  • Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with an order confirmation with a Track & Trace code that allows you to track your order. Always keep an eye on this for the most up-to-date delivery information.
  • On the night before the delivery, you'll receive a 1-hour time slot before 05:00. We do our best to deliver your product within that time slot.
  • If our own delivery service is delivering your order, the delivery drivers will call you fifteen minutes before they arrive.

We deliver products up to the threshold that gives access to your home. If that's not on the ground floor, we'll deliver up to the 4th floor. If your building has an elevator, we can reach any floor.

We offer an additional connection service for a number of white goods products. We'll put your product in the desired location and connect it to the supply and drain hoses for you. You can add this connection service on the product page.


Yes, but only if the product is of a similar size. You don't have to register the product in advance. You can make it easier for the delivery drivers by doing the following:

Washing machines and dryers without connection service

  • Disconnect your product from the supply and drain hoses. We have an instruction video.
  • Empty and dry the product.
  • Have your product ready at your front door so that our delivery drivers can take it with them right away.

Washing machines and dryers with additional connection service

  • We’ll take the old product from its spot in the house.
  • Disconnect your product from the supply and drain hoses. We have an instruction video.
  • Empty and dry the product.
  • Move other items so that your product is free from other products.

Dishwashers, fridges, freezers, ovens, and microwaves

  • We’ll take the old product from its spot in the house.
  • Unplug the product from the power outlet.
  • Empty and clean the product.
  • Move other items so that your product is free from other products.

For most products that our own delivery service delivers, you can choose the delivery time that suits you best. We deliver every day, except Sundays. You have the following options:

  • Morning: delivery between 07:30 and 12:00
  • Afternoon: delivery between 12:00 and 17:00
  • Evening: delivery between 17:00 and 22:00

These time slots cost money to reserve. The costs vary from € 9 to € 39, depending on the delivery day and the delivery time. You can also choose free delivery if you select the whole day. We'll arrive between 07:30 and 22:00. You can see if you can choose a delivery time for your product in your shopping cart.

For smaller packages delivered by one of our delivery partners, you can choose free evening delivery.


  • We’ll unpack your product for you and take the packaging material with us
  • We’ll put your washing machine in the place you want
  • We’ll level your product
  • We’ll connect your washing machine to the supply and drain hoses. Connecting your product to a pull switch isn't part of this service. We hope to be able to offer this service again soon.
  • We’ll take your old product from the spot you used it in
  • We’re not leaving until everything works. Promise.

You can add this connection service on the product page of your washing machine. The price varies per product type. Watch this video to see how we work together to ensure safe delivery.


That differs per product. You can select this service on the page of the product you have chosen. You can also add and remove the service in the shopping basket. Due to crowds, it may be that we do not offer every service at any time. We are working hard to always be able to offer a complete service.

Washing machines and clothes dryers

  • We can place your product in the desired location and connect it for you as well. Free
  • We'll take your old appliance with us. We do ask you to disconnect and clean it in advance. In this video, you can see how to do that. Didn't order the connection service? Prepare your product for our delivery and place it next to the front door. Free

Dishwashers, fridges, and freezers

  • We put your product in the desired location in your home. We don't connect fridges right away, because they have to stand upright for 4 hours after transport. € 9.95 to € 29.95

Built-in dishwashers

  • We can build in your new dishwasher, fridge, or freezer. We do ask that you make sure there's enough room. Our technician won't empty your kitchen cupboards for you and won't adjust the layout of your kitchen. In addition, it's important that the technician can connect the appliance to existing gas, electricity, and/or or water connectors. We won't extend electricity cables or pipes. If that hasn't been done yet, we recommend contacting an electrician or plumber. € 49.95
  • We'll take your old built-in appliance with us if you've emptied and cleaned it. If you've selected installation service, we'll also take out the old appliance for you. If you didn't get this service, we ask you to take out the appliance yourself. Free

Delivery of product without additional services Do you want us to pick up your old appliance? Put it next to your front door and read our do-it-yourself tips on how to place and connect your product.

Delivery of a product with extra connection service or build-in service Prepare for a safe delivery of your product by following the following rules.

  • Open all doors that the delivery drivers have to go through and remove obstacles.
  • Disinfect areas the delivery drivers have to touch. For example, your banister and the spot your product will be placed.
  • Do you have an old product that we’ll pick up for you? Disconnect and disinfect it.

Extra security measures during delivery

  • Keep 1.5 meters away from our delivery drivers. Not as friendly, but much more safe.
  • Always have a maximum of 2 people in the same room. For example, are our delivery drivers working on the installation in the attic? We ask you to stay out of that room.

We're happy to build in a number of products for you during delivery. You can select this service on the page of the product you've chosen. You can also add and remove the service in the shopping cart. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we can't offer all our services at this time. We're working hard to provide a complete service again.
