Delivery of white goods and kitchen appliances

We can take your old, comparable appliance with us. We ask you to do the following:

  • Disconnect your appliance from the supply and drain hose.
  • Dry the appliance.
  • Make sure the appliance isn't next to other appliances and isn't connected to a pull switch. We made an instruction video on how to do this for washing machines. Note: The delivery driver can't take small appliances with them, but we can of course recycle them for you. If we can take your product with us, it'll be indicated on the product page.

We'll deliver your new appliance for free, but sometimes you want more. Having your product built in, your fridge door reversed, or your new washing machine connected to a pull switch, for example. If you can't do it yourself, we'll arrange it for you. Do you want to use our extra services? Order them alongside the appliance on the product page. When it comes to build-in service, you can expect the following from us:

  1. We'll contact you the working day after placing your order to make a delivery and installation appointment
  2. The appointment can take place within 3 working days, unless you want it at a later date
  3. Delivery and installation take place
  4. We'll take your old products with us after delivery and installation

Select what day you want to have your order delivered when you place an order. You can select all days, except Sundays. You can choose a delivery time that suits you best. You can choose the early or late afternoon. These options aren't free of charge. You can also select the entire day. This option is free of charge.


We don't think you should have to lug your products around. That's why we deliver all products for free. We offer even more services on most of our white goods and kitchen appliances: a large part of these products will be put down and unwrapped exactly where you want them. A number of products will also be connected to a standard socket, supply pipe, and drain for free. If we unpack your product, we'll take all the packaging material with us as well.

You can see the type of service is included on the page of your product. If there's no delivery information stated next to your product of choice, our standard delivery service applies:

  1. We'll deliver across the threshold of your home.
  2. If you don't have an elevator, we'll deliver up to the 4th floor.

For smaller white goods and kitchen appliances, our standard delivery options always apply.


  • If you want to use a furniture elevator, you'll have to arrange one yourself. Keep in mind that you won't receive the delivery time slot from us until the night before delivery.
  • Make sure the room you want your new appliance to be in can be reached by stairs (no attic ladders) or an elevator easily, and the way to it is accessible.
  • Note: Due to their size, we can't lift American fridges up the stairs or up the steps in front of your door or in your house.
  • Some appliances need an extra cable, plug, or other accessory for installation. If so, this will always be stated on the product page. Don't forget to order these extra products.
  • On the Wadden Islands, your order will be delivered by a local carrier. These carriers are unable to install or connect your product. Your product will be delivered to your doorstep.
  • Your new appliance might be damp on the inside, because some products are tested for water resistance by the manufacturer.

  • If you want us to build in your new appliance, you'll have to have a space for it already. Our installer won't make one for you, and won't adapt your kitchen's layout. Did you order a cooktop? Our installer can only saw out a cutout if you have a wooden counter top. All other jobs need to be done by you beforehand.
  • When you select build-in service, we'll take out your old appliance for you and take it with us if you'd like.
  • The appliance should be able to be connected to the existing gas, electric, or water connector points. We won't extend electricity cables or pipes. If that needs to be done, please contact an electrician or plumber.

We deliver white goods between 7:30 and 22:00 from Monday to Saturday, and between 9:00 and 17:00 on Sunday. You'll receive an email with an order confirmation with a Track & Trace code that allows you to track your order. You'll also receive a 1-hour time slot via email before 2:00 the night before the delivery. Our delivery driver will call you 15 minutes before arrival.
