You can pay online and in our stores with:
- Coolblue gift cards
- Tukadoo gift cards: after you exchange it for a Coolblue gift card on the Tukadoo website.

Coolblue gift card with 19 digits You can view the amount in our balance checker.
Coolblue gift card with 12 digits Enter the code of your gift card on the payment method page.
How do I use my gift card online and in the store?
If you order online, select 'redeem gift card' on the payment method page and enter your code(s) here. In the store, our colleagues will help you at checkout. You can use up to 10 gift cards for 1 order.
What's the expiration date of my gift card?
This depends on the gift card you have.
Coolblue gift card with 19 digits These gift cards are valid for 5 years starting the day they were purchased. You can find the precise expiration date on the gift card itself or in the email with your personal gift card code.
Coolblue gift cards with 12 digits These gift cards are valid for 3 years starting the day they were purchased. You can find the precise expiration date on the gift card itself or in the email with your personal gift card code.
How do I get my money back after a return?
If you placed your order with Coolblue gift cards and you cancel or return it, you'll get the amount back as CoolblueCredit. Within 3 working days after we processed your return, the credit will be in your account.
What if I get an error message when entering a gift card?
Check your gift card or the email with the gift card code to see if:
- you met the minimum order amount;
- the gift card hasn't expired.
