Where can I find my invoice?
We always send you the invoice via email as an attachment to your shipping confirmation. You can also view your invoices at 'Orders' in [My Coolblue][1]. Click on the invoice you want to view/pay. You can download the invoice in your order overview. Did you just place the order? Wait until your order has been shipped. After that, you'll receive the invoice in the shipping confirmation.

What if I didn't receive an invoice?
It depends on if you've already received your order.
Didn't receive your order yet? You'll receive your invoice with your shipping confirmation. You'll receive this in your email no later than the night before the delivery. Is this about a store order? You'll receive your invoice after the pickup of your order.
Did you already receive your order? Check if your invoice is in My Coolblue under 'My Orders'. Check your spam folder as well, sometimes your email ends up there. Is your invoice not there? Contact one of our experts.
How can I change my invoice?
Send an email to zakelijk@coolblue.be. State your order number and what you want to change in your invoice (note: we can never change the invoice date). This is possible up to 30 days after the date on your invoice. You'll receive an adjusted invoice in your mailbox from us within 3 working days. As a result, your current invoice will expire.
What if my invoice is incorrect?
Send us an email with the following in it:
- your order number
- your desired changes
You can do this up to 30 days after we've made your invoice. You'll receive an adapted credit invoice in your email within 3 working days. Your current invoice will then expire.
