Changed your mind within the 30-day return window? You can return your product for free!

  1. Register your return via the online return form or return it to one of our stores.
  2. Use sturdy packaging to pack up the product. Print the shipping label or write the freepost number on the box. You can find it in the email we sent you.
  3. Deliver your package to a post office. Returning a package is free!
  4. The money will be transferred to your bank account 3 working days after we received your return package. We'll ship a new product the same day.

Don't have a printer? Write the return number and the return address on the box yourself. Use the freepost number or the address on the shipping label for the address. That way, shipping is free.


  • Take your product to one of our stores. You don't have to register your return online beforehand and don't have to print anything either.

  • Want your money back? We can pay back amounts under € 30 in the store right away. Larger amounts will be refunded within 3 working days.

  • Want to exchange your product? Make sure to reserve your product by ordering it and having it shipped to the store. You won't have to pay for the reservation.

Use sturdy packaging. If you can, use the original packaging. That way, the chances of the product getting damages are less. No longer have the original packaging? No problem, we'll look at the condition of your returned product and determine what the depreciation is based on that.

You can ship the product in a Coolblue box or another box that closes well.

All packed up? Print your shipping label or write the freepost and return number on the box. You can find it in the email we sent you.


It can take some time before you receive your labels. During Customer Service opening hours, you'll receive a shipping label via email within 1 hour after requesting your return. Still didn't receive any shipping labels after that? Please contact our Customer Service.

Yes. You can register your return within 30 days of receiving the product. After that, you'll have another 14 days to return your product for free. You have 2 options:

  • Exchange your product for a new one for free;
  • Return your product for free and get a refund.

You can indicate your choice in the [online return form] (https://www.coolblue.be/en/return-request). After 30 days, we'll repair your product and the above options no longer apply.


This depends on the specific product. We offer different solutions for small products and large products.

  • __ Most products__ can be returned to us. Pack up the product and send it to us via a bpost point in your area for free or go to one of our stores.
  • We usually pick up large products such as white goods and kitchen appliances.

Do you want to know if your product is being picked up? We'll always let you know via email after your product has been registered. In addition, you can find out what type of warranty you have on the product page of your product, under "specifications". Does it say "On-site service"? We'll come pick up the product.


You can see the status of your order in My Coolblue. As soon as we start processing your package, we'll send you a confirmation email. It's possible that your product has arrived at our warehouse according to the Track & Trace information, but you haven't received a reception confirmation yet. Don't worry, it can take up to 24 hours before we start processing your return.


You have 2 options within 30 days of receiving your product:

  • Exchange your product for a new one for free;
  • Return your product for free and get a refund.

As soon as we've processed your return, we'll refund you. The time it takes for a refund to appear on your bank account depends on the payment method. Did the money still not appear on your account after 5 working days? Please contact our Customer Service.
