Yes, you can. To pay on credit, you have to have been registered with the Chamber of Commerce for at least 1 year and have at least 9 employees. Contact Coolblue Business for a credit request. This request takes about 1 working day. As soon as your credit request is approved, you can choose the payment option 'pay on credit' on the payment method page. Can I order products without VAT?
No that's not possible. If you place a business order at Coolblue, you'll always receive an invoice with Belgian VAT. When your company is liable for VAT, this VAT can be reclaimed via the VAT return. Just like your other business purchases.
How do I request a quote?

Can I order a product that aren't part of your assortment?
This depends on your wishes. Contact your Coolblue Business account manager.
Can I order via my purchasing system?
Yes, we offer an OCI link. This allows you to place an order at Coolblue via your purchasing system. You do need a purchasing system or ERP system for this. Do yo want to set up a link between your purchasing system and Coolblue? Contact Coolblue Business.
Can I order products that aren't in stock?
Is the product 'temporarily sold out'? This means that the product isn't in stock right now. Register on the product page to receive a notification. You'll receive an email as soon as you can order the product. Is the product 'never available gain'? This means that the product will never get back in stock.
