What are the guidelines for writing a review?
We approve every review manually before we place it on the website. We explain what your review should adhere to in our review guidelines.
How can I edit or remove my review?
You can't do that yourself, but our customer service can. Feel free to contact customer service.
How do I post a review
If you've bought a product, we'll email you instructions to write a review about it. There's also another way. You can go to orders in your account, click 'view order', and then 'write a review'.
Note: the review you write has to meet our review guidelines.
What are the guidelines for writing a reply to a review?
The same review guidelines apply as for a regular review.
What are the guidelines for adding an image to a review?
We've established some ground rules for that.
Examples of good images:
- Photos taken with the product, like with your smartphone or camera.
- The product in action, like your kitchen machine in the kitchen or your smartphone in your hand.
- Noteworthy details, like the control panel of your camera or the interior of your backpack.
- Explanatory screenshots of the settings of your laptop, for example.
We don't post an image with:
- irrelevant images;
- offensive or explicit images;
- poor quality or files that aren't JPEG or PNG format;
- files larger than 16MB.
