How can I pay as a business customer?
You can pay online with iDEAL, credit card (we accept Visa or MasterCard), PayPal, Apple Pay, ecocheques, Coolblue gift cards, or a manual bank transfer. As a business customer, you can also pay on credit. You have to be registered at the Chamber of Commerce for at least 1 year for this. Contact Coolblue Business for a credit application.
Can I order on credit?
Yes, you can. To pay on credit, you have to have been registered with the Chamber of Commerce for at least 1 year and have at least 9 employees. Contact Coolblue Business for a credit request. This request takes about 1 working day. As soon as your credit request is approved, you can choose the payment option 'pay on credit' on the payment method page. How can I change my business invoice?
Send an email to zakelijk@coolblue.be. State your order number and what you want to change in your invoice. This is possible up to 30 days after the date on your invoice. You'll receive an adjusted invoice in your mailbox from us within 3 working days. As a result, your current invoice will expire.
Can I receive my invoice as an e-invoice or via Peppol?
Yes, you can. As a business customer, we'll automatically send you an e-invoice that you can see via Peppol. Make sure you enter your VAT number correctly when you place an order. We can also send your invoice as an XML, JSON, or CSV. Contact our customer service for this.
