You can do this easily and quickly via the online return form.
Is your product not listed with the orders? It's possible that you're logged into the wrong My Coolblue account. Log in with the email address that you originally purchased your product with.
Can I register extra large products, such as white goods as a repair online as well?
Yes, you can also register your repairs via the online return request form. A technician will contact you within 48 hours after your registration to make an appointment. Note: they may need some more information about your product. Have the serial number, error code, and other relevant information ready.
What if my product isn't listed in my orders?

Can I also register my product for a return or repair in the store?
Yes, but only if you register your product in advance via our return form.
Can I get my product repaired in the store?
Yes, you can drop off your product in one of our stores. You don't have to register your repair in advance or print anything. We'll first try to find a solution for the defect ourselves. If that doesn't work, we'll make sure to send your product for repairs.
You can also always ship your package via a bpost point or parcel locker.
