Pack product for repair
Do I have to pay to return my product?
No, that's free. You can put the product in the original packaging and send it in a Coolblue box or another sturdy box that can close properly. Use the shipping label in your email, print it, and stick it to the box. Bring the box to a bpost point or Parcel Locker near you or to one of our stores.
Don't have a printer? Show the barcode in the shipping label on your smartphone at a bpost point. Note: this isn't possible if you want to return it via a Parcel Locker.
Do I have to return my product in its original packaging for it to be repaired?
Yes, we'd prefer you use the original box. Don't have it anymore? Package your product in another sturdy box.
How do I pack my product to send it in for repair?
Use sturdy packaging and preferably use the original box. If this isn't possible, you can often pick up a free box from the supermarket or buy a box from the post office.
Print your shipping label or show the barcode in the shipping label from your smartphone at a bpost point near you. You can find the shipping label in the email you received from us.
What can I do before I send in my laptop, smartphone, or other data carrier for repairs?
During repairs, we often have to remove all data from your device. Make sure you're well-prepared:
- Back up the data you don't want to lose.
- Remove accounts from your device by restoring it to the factory settings. You can read how to do this on the information page.
- Turn off "Find my iPhone". Otherwise, we're not allowed to repair your product.
- Remove your SIM card from your smartphone or your SD card from your camera.
Where can I find my shipping label?
We'll send you your shipping label via email, within the hour after you've registered your return or repair. You'll find the shipping label in the attachments.
Where can I find the serial number of my product?
That differs per product? You can often find it in the maintenance booklet or in the box.
