Go through the following steps:
- Register your repair via the online return form. A technician will contact you within 48 hours to make an appointment.
- Be prepared, as the supplier may need some more information about your product. Have the serial number, error code, and other relevant information ready.
- Open the door for the technician on the agreed date.
