What's a digital product?

A digital product is a product that you receive online right away as a code or download link. For example, software, games, gift cards, or licenses.

How do I receive my digital product?

You'll receive your digital code on the email address you used to place your order. You can also easily find your digital code in My Coolblue at your order.

How fast will I get my digital code?

In most cases, we send your code within a few minutes after you've finished your order. Sometimes it can take up to 4 hours, for example when it's busy. Does it take longer? Check first if the email isn't in your spam inbox.

How long does my digital product stay valid?

This depends on the product. For each digital product, we mention:

  • if there's an expiration date;
  • if it's a one-time license or a subscription.

You can find the information on the product page or in My Coolblue at your order.

Can I combine digital products with regular products in 1 order?

Yes, that's possible. You'll receive your digital product right away via email and in My Coolblue. We'll deliver the rest of your order the way you're used to from us. You can see clearly on your invoice what's digital and what isn't.

Can I gift a digital code to someone else?

Yes, that's possible. You'll receive your digital code on the email address you used to place the order. You can also easily find it in My Coolblue. Send this email to the person you want to gift the code. Or print the code and give it personally.

I didn't receive an email with my digital code, what now?

In most cases, we send your code within a few minutes after you've finished your order. Sometimes it can take up to 4 hours, for example when it's busy.

Haven't received the email after 4 hours? Take these steps first:

  • Check your spam inbox and other tabs (for example 'Promotions' or 'Updates').
  • Take a look in My Coolblue at your order if the code is visible in there already.

Still no digital code? Something's probably going wrong. Contact us in that case.

Where can I find my digital code if I've lost the email?

You can always easily find the digital code in My Coolblue at your order. Log in with the email address you used to place the order.

My digital code doesn't work, what can I do?

First try the following:

  • Check if you copy the code exactly, without extra spaces or characters.
  • Check if you enter the code on the right website or in the right app of the provider.

Can I cancel or return a digital product?

No, you can't cancel or return digital products after purchase. You receive your digital code right away after finishing your order. Because we can't check if the code has already been used, we can't undo your order.
